• Partner with senior leaders across the design organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent across various skillsets including product design, brand design, content design, design engineering, web presence design, UX research, and more.
• Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting processes
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to design leadership on a regular cadence
• Focus on creating strategic plans to attract and engage design talent across different geos
• Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
