Responsibilities
- Own Product-Led Growth: Craft and execute experimentation-driven strategies across onboarding, activation, retention loops, and monetization. You'll move the metrics that matter most: activation rate, time to value, product-qualified leads, net dollar retention, and expansion revenue.
- Build AI-Powered Experiences
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners to apply LLMs, predictive logic, and smart automation that reduce friction, personalize the journey, and get customers to value faster.
- Lead Experimentation at Scale: Form hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and partner with data teams to turn results into action. Test early, learn fast, and scale what works across Engine's travel and spend management platform.
