Senior QA Analyst, Secure Remote Access

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing across KCM components
• Validate remote access workflows using protocols such as SSH, RDP and VNC
• Test KCM behavior across different operating systems, network conditions and enterprise environments
• Validate authentication, authorization, session management, access controls and encrypted communication workflows
• Reproduce, document and track defects with clear technical detail, logs and steps to reproduce
• Work closely with Engineering to troubleshoot complex issues involving networking, connectivity, performance and system behavior
• Validate new KCM integrations and deployment configurations across cloud and on-premises environments
• Build and maintain test cases, regression suites and QA documentation to improve release confidence
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews and release validation activities
