Staff Product Manager, Agent Primitives

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand problems faced by agent builders and identify opportunities where our products can make building agents faster, more intuitive, more reliable, and more powerful.
• Define and build what’s next for Temporal.
• Own strategy and roadmap for agent primitives. Turn ambiguous signals into clear product theses. Do we need a higher-level abstraction for the agent loop? How do we evolve our durability primitives to fit a new range of agent use cases that have difference constraints on latency, cost, and durability?
• Perform up-front discovery and translate customer, field, and open-source community signals into small tweaks, brand new abstractions, or platform bets.
• Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions.
• Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users.
• Enable sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate with and win customers.
