Senior Product Manager - Collision

Responsibilities

• Leads market research for the Collision MSO team including customer surveys, competitive analysis, and debriefs to inform direction for the product roadmap.
• Performs discovery with customers and stakeholders to understand needs of the marketplace to support prioritization activities. Uses data to develop high-quality insights into our customer's user experience and needs.
• Helps define the Collision MSO related product strategy based on market input and Voice of the Customer (VoC) that aligns with overall strategic direction.
• Collaborates with customer facing teams to help enable teams to sell, implement and support the product.
• Develops and manages select relationships with automotive stakeholders (multi-shop collision repairers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), automotive dealer groups, third parties, and other external industry professionals.
• Develops a marketplace/ecommerce product strategy including catalog, pricing, search/discovery, transaction workflows, core platform capabilities and modernization, and translates it into creative, high quality, features, and initiatives.
• Creates and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization to develop a deep understanding of our business and continually iterates on product strategy.
• Builds and grooms a prioritized product backlog effectively by leading negotiation and trade-off discussions with key partners.
• Leads Product Management and Engineering teams toward the right priorities. Sets clear expectations on projects, product launches, and coordinated release plans.
• 10. Writes excellent user-stories, with thoughtful acceptance criteria, that can be translated into engineering features.
