Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting stakeholder expectations
• Establish projects from scratch, creating frameworks and setting up effective communication and monitoring systems
• Lead projects through transitions, making necessary modifications to increase project success
• Foster and sustain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and consistently delivering value
• Promote additional services or products to improve the organization's value proposition
• Adapt to changes and uncertainties, modifying strategies when required
• Achieve consensus through proficient negotiation and effective conflict management
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee high-quality outputs and adherence to software engineering standards
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's operational, financial, and strategic dimensions
• Display a history of significant involvement in roles like Project Manager or Scrum Master
