Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects end to end: E.g., Optimize existing sales & partnership channels and drive growth
- Run the management cadence: weekly business reviews, reporting to Sword leadership
- Build business cases and analyses: channel economics, CAC by channel, market sizing, partnership and inorganic growth options
- Take over high-priority operational topics when needed (e.g., first hires, process set-up, vendor negotiations)
- Be the interface to Sword global functions (Finance, Legal, Market Access, People)
