CRM Promo Monitoring Specialist / VBET

Responsibilities

• Own CRM-Jira board strategy
• Oversee configuration, optimizationand governance of boards to align with business processes across all products/regions.
• Drive operational excellence: Serve as the escalation point for complex issues; develop/refine workflows to improve tracking, resolution speedand cross-functional visibility.
• Ensure seamless integration
• Collaborate with responsible teams to embed CRM activities into Jira workflows (task creation).
• Monitor performance & health: Detect bottlenecks, misconfigurations, or data inconsistencies; analyze metrics (cycle time, throughput) to recommend automation and process enhancements.
• Manage board tasks: Review task briefs and open tasks (promotions, access requests and etc.) for accuracy and compliance, track deadlines/materials, balance workloadand assign to team members.
• Enable team success: Provide guidance and best practices to CRM teams on Jira usage, workflow adherenceand reporting.
• Maintain transparency & documentation
• Facilitate cross-functional communication through boards; document configurations, workflows, automation rulesand policies.
