We are seeking a Data Technology Consultant (AI Consultant) to act as a strategic authority and advisor to EPAM clients and internal teams. In this senior role, you will identify, conceptualize and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions for life sciences and pharma clients while shaping enterprise architecture decisions and driving stakeholder engagement at the highest levels.
Responsibilities
- Identify, conceptualize and promote AI solutions to clients in collaboration with relevant EPAM SMEs
- Architect complex AI systems such as agentic, RAG, ML pipelines and LLMs as well as classical AI/ML solutions for life sciences and pharma clients
- Lead enterprise architecture decisions across AI, data and platform layers
- Drive senior stakeholder engagement with IT leadership, C-suite and scientific leaders
- Own change management for AI adoption within regulated Life Sciences environments
- Shape account growth through contributions to RFPs, proposals and commercial opportunities
- Mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to thought leadership content
