People Partner (Product & Engineering)

• We’re looking for a People Partner to join our global People team and play a strategic role in supporting our Engineering and Product leaders. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping them build high-performing, engaged, and resilient teams. You’ll bring a strong business mindset, deep HR expertise, and a passion for organizational growth and culture. As a People Partner, you’ll connect our global people strategy with local execution — ensuring our employees are supported and our leaders are empowered.
• Acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.
• Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy updates.
• Coaching managers on effective performance management and employee engagement strategies.
• Serving as a key contact for employee relations and complex case management, ensuring fairness and compliance with European labor laws.
• 3+ years of experience in a people partner role in tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations, supporting product and engineering teams
• Both theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management to help you implement best practices
• An exceptional ability to build relationships, paired with the communication skills needed to coach leaders and influence at all levels.
