Lead Software Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Test planning and design
• Develop comprehensive test plans, define test scope, and outline objectives
• Test case development: Write and maintain detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts for both manual and automated testing (Unit, Component and Integration)
• Test execution: Run tests on software, and systems to check for functionality, performance, and durability
• Defect management
• Identify, document, and track defects; analyse test results to identify issues and provide feedback for improvement
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical issues
• Create and maintain documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports on test results, defects and requirement coverage
• Develop and use test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and accuracy
