Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery
- Manage software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Sales
- Support) and external clients to ensure on-time delivery
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and propose alternative solutions to keep timelines on track
- Configuration & QA: Configure client applications using a no-code flow builder, conduct quality assurance testing prior to release, and prepare annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions
- Client Advisory
- Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the implementation lifecycle to guide clients through successful launches
