You own the team's shift coverage and incident response, but you are not personally on rotation or on-call. You will work closely with engineering, developer, Customer Success and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Indonesian Web Hosting SysAdmin team and own its shift coverage: you design the rotation, you are not on it
- Own incident response in your window: acknowledgement, customer communication, postmortems and follow-up within SLA
- Act as the sysadmin escalation point for Customer Success on complex hosting and security cases
- Deliver long-term engineering and automation with Ansible/AWX, Prometheus and Grafana that removes repetitive shift work
- Drive AI adoption in operations: automated ticket resolution, AI-assisted diagnosis and faster runbooks
