We are hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of modern software solutions. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, guide technical decisions, and contribute hands-on across backend and frontend components.
Responsibilities
- Lead a full-stack engineering team delivering features across backend and frontend
- Lead the development and delivery of backend services and APIs using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot
- Architect scalable microservices with a focus on performance, reliability and security
- Design backend services using Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot) and frontends using Angular/React
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and backend/frontend peers to define technical roadmaps
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, quality standards and scalable architecture decisions
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend services/APIs
- Contribute to deployment and DevOps processes on Azure/AWS
- Coach engineers, foster a culture of ownership and support continuous skill development
