Senior Manager Data Operations - Link Key People

Responsibilities

• Optimize: Dive deep into daily curation workflows to identify bottlenecks and design streamlined processes.
• Operationalize AI
• Drive automation by identifying practical AI use cases and executing them reliably. You will actively engage in automation projects alongside our Data Science teams.
• Performance Management
• Own the numbers. Track, analyze, and report on daily/weekly KPIs (Quality and Efficiency), and identify the specific levers needed to improve results.
• Direct Leadership: Actively coach and mentor your 8 Leads through hands-on problem-solving and global alignment.
• Quality Control: Challenge our quality frameworks by performing data deep-dives yourself to understand curator challenges and ensure we are delivering maximum value to customers.
• Lead the rollout of new product features and technology transitions, ensuring a workforce of 800+ curators is trained and ready to execute without a drop in quality.
