Lead Program Manager, Finance Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of one or more Finance Transformation initiatives, driving timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
• Build and maintain program governance, including executive status reporting, steering committee materials, RAID logs, and portfolio dashboards.
• Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across Finance, Corporate Technology, and external implementation partners.
• Partner with Functional Transformation Leads across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and other Finance organizations to ensure business requirements remain aligned throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with Corporate Technology teams and System Integrators to support successful implementation of Finance systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor program health, benefit realization, and strategic outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value beyond project completion.
• Support organizational change management activities by partnering on communication plans, training, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, decision-making sessions, and cross-functional workshops with senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing governance processes, templates, reporting frameworks, and program management best practices across the Finance Transformation Office.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency across all program stakeholders while maintaining focus on delivery excellence.
