MariaDB Cloud is a fully managed database platform running on Kubernetes across AWS and Google Cloud. We are expanding into U.S.

Responsibilities

Deploy and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure in AWS GovCloud (US) and Google Cloud, using Terraform/Terragrunt and GitOps pipelines developed jointly with our global SRE team.
Own production reliability for the U.S. government cloud environment: monitoring, alerting, capacity, incident response, and post-incident improvement.
Run and maintain the platform's supporting services - observability (Prometheus, Grafana), logging, secrets management, messaging, and CI/CD tooling — on top of Kubernetes.
Participate in the implementation of security hardening and compliance requirements for federal environments (e.g., FedRAMP), working alongside our security and compliance teams.
Improve automation relentlessly: if a task needs to be done twice, you'll turn it into code.
Take part in an on-call rotation for the environments you operate.
