We are creating an Enterprise Agent Development Platform — a production-grade, cloud-native ecosystem that empowers teams to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale. In the role of Senior Observability Engineer dedicated to the Telemetry Extension & ADOT Pipeline, you will enhance the Agent Observability SDK, leading collector pipeline design and YAML-driven telemetry configuration to give teams deep visibility into their AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the Agent Observability SDK with custom telemetry capabilities
- Architect and implement ADOT collector pipelines, including processors and exporters
- Create YAML-driven telemetry configuration schemas for flexible, declarative observability
- Construct custom metrics and spans by leveraging OpenTelemetry SDK extension patterns
- Set up and optimize AWS CloudWatch Metrics and X-Ray export pipelines
- Partner with platform teams to embed observability into the agent lifecycle
- Guarantee telemetry solutions scale reliably across production, cloud-native environments
- Contribute to Python SDK library design, ensuring maintainability and extensibility
