Responsibilities
- Direct business analysis and requirements discovery efforts
- Run executive workshops and lead requirements gathering sessions
- Take ownership of functional solution design spanning Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Spot opportunities where AI can drive business transformation
- Create functional designs for Copilot Studio solutions
- Provide client advisory services, define roadmaps, and support change management
- Guide and mentor consultants while promoting delivery excellence
- Work alongside architects and engineers during implementation phases
