We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor) to support our Talent team in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews and keep our hiring processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Build a Safer World.
- Support the talent team by maintaining accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and assisting with reporting needs.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline and improve our recruiting workflows.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure clarity and alignment on scheduling priorities and updates.
