• NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
• We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product
• Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. • Day to day, you will
• Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
• Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
• Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
• Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
• Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
