Card Product Development and Project Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' business needs, study the market and present proposals for new products and improvements to existing solutions, in line with the procedures in force at the Bank
• Develop the product vision, strategy, business requirements, customer journey and development priorities
• Manage the full product lifecycle from idea formation to launch, development and optimization, including participating in the development of product financial models, tariffs and performance indicators
• Monitor product key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability and, where necessary, develop and present business cases for improvements
• Manage the entire project cycle from initiation and planning to implementation and closure
• Define project scope, objectives, deadlines, key milestones, responsible persons and expected outcomes
• Coordinate the work of teams from different departments and ensure effective cooperation between interested departments.
