Technology Consulting Principle/ Applied AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and stakeholder alignment: Serve as the primary business point of contact and trusted advisor, aligning stakeholders on transformation goals, priorities, scope, and expected outcomes
• Assess current processes and AI readiness: Map business workflows, decision points, roles, systems, and data dependencies to establish a shared understanding of current operations and existing automation and AI capabilities
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities: Surface inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and unmet needs; prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and organizational readiness
• Translate business needs into AI use cases: Define actionable AI and agentic solution opportunities, including requirements, success criteria, human oversight, and implications for how work gets done
• Design future ways of working
• Partner with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to redesign workflows, clarify human and agent responsibilities, and validate solutions through focused pilots
• Drive education, adoption, and behavior change
• Lead stakeholder engagement, role-based education, coaching, and change initiatives that embed AI into everyday work and build sustained usage
• Measure adoption and business impact: Establish baselines and track individual, team, and process-level outcomes—including productivity, quality, cycle time, and adoption—to demonstrate value and guide improvements
• Strengthen delivery and continuous improvement: Improve Agile practices across client and internal teams, using feedback and performance data to refine solutions and scale proven approaches
