Responsibilities

Design complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures spanning enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs for Salesforce platforms and integrated third-party systems
Lead implementation teams by reviewing code, establishing best practices, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Oversee end-to-end integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems including ERP platforms, legacy databases, and middleware solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and goals, converting complex needs into actionable technical roadmaps
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Salesforce features and recommending innovations that enhance solution delivery
