Responsibilities

• Support in maintaining project documentation, internal records and project requests Assist with project logistics and day-to-day coordination activities, prepare presentations and documentation, if needed Draft emails, announcements, newsletters, and student communication items, support in social media post creation…
• Support in communication with students, mentors and the program staff Assist with registration processes and participant onboarding, card system management and events related activities
• Support workshops, hackathons, bootcamps, Demo Days, and community events, assist during event execution and post-event reporting
