• As a Content Development Engineer, you'll design and build the technical interview questions used to assess software engineering candidates: coding exercises, debugging challenges, and real-world engineering scenarios, implemented and validated across multiple programming languages. • This position requires a schedule that overlaps with U.S. business hours.
• Design and build technical interview questions, including coding exercises, debugging challenges, knowledge assessments, and real-world engineering scenarios.
• Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, checking that solutions are correct and consistent.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation, while applying engineering judgment to keep it accurate.
• Conduct peer reviews to make sure content meets Karat's technical and quality standards.
• Update content based on candidate performance data, interviewer feedback, and Content Corrections requests.
• Partner with Content Architecture to improve content development processes and assessment quality.
• Help improve development standards, templates, and documentation for the Content team.
