Senior Product Manager, Compliance & Platform Experience

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation experience — from identity verification and KYC/KYB through a customer's first meaningful use of the platform — partnering closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk
• Design, and Engineering
• Set the roadmap for the Paxos Dashboard, the primary surface where customers manage their accounts, transact, and access reporting
• Shape our compliance AI agent strategy, identifying where automation can replace manual work across onboarding and ongoing operations
• Own vendor relationships and integrations across the KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring stack
• Build the platform tooling and infrastructure that enables other Paxos teams to deliver five-star experiences in their own products
