Senior Business Development Manager - ServiceNow (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth across the DACH region
• Build and maintain strategic relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to unlock joint opportunities
• Co-develop partner-aligned go-to-market plans and solutions addressing evolving client needs
• Identify and convert whitespace opportunities within existing or underdeveloped accounts
• Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level executives, at both client and partner organizations
• Navigate and orchestrate multi-party relationships to expedite deal cycles
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, leveraging partner engagement for reach and credibility
• Execute joint partner campaigns and targeted outreach to expand pipeline
• Position EPAM’s capabilities through transformation-led, partner-enabled propositions
• Maintain disciplined pipeline governance, accurate forecasting and detailed reporting
