We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to help build the technical foundation that powers Zip’s ERP and integration ecosystem. This role focuses on internal technical enablement, navigating complex customer environments to architect the cleanest possible solutions, partnering closely with Product, and driving best-in-class standards across all of Zip’s integration workflows - with a specific focus on the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Support pre-sales engineering
Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures, ensuring prospective customers are set up for smooth, best-practice deployments.
Drive technical implementation excellence: Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices, raising the technical bar and driving consistency across all implementations.
Build for permanent scale: Approach every technical challenge with an engineering mindset - designing and executing a solution thoroughly once so that future implementations happen effortlessly.
