Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns with strategic channel and tech alliance partners, including Microsoft and Abnormal Security
• Collaborate with partner, sales, and marketing teams to create and scale co-branded programs that drive pipeline and customer value
• Design and activate partner-facing programs such as webinars, events, and email newsletters
• Support the enablement of partner sales teams through impactful content and tools that accelerate adoption and conversion
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs against key KPIs such as sourced pipeline, partner engagement, and ROI
• Build repeatable and scalable processes for executing and optimizing global partner marketing activities
• Design, build, and deliver comprehensive partner enablement marketing materials, including webinars-in-a-box, events-in-a-box, email campaigns, social media toolkits, and demand generation assets that partners can easily customize and deploy.
• Create scalable campaign frameworks and content libraries that can be adapted across different partner tiers while maintaining brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
• Support our field events, sponsorships, and customer programs where partner engagement is strategic
