Senior HRIS Analyst (India/Philippines)

Responsibilities

• HRIS Operation
• Provide second-line support for complex SuccessFactors incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Coach HRIS analysts and other team members, sharing technical knowledge and improving support capability.
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members through documentation, knowledge transfer and practical guidance.
• Identify recurring issues, complete root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes that improve platform stability and user experience.
• System Administration &
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one of the following modules: Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, or Time Tracking.
• Translate business requirements into secure, supportable and scalable SuccessFactors designs, configurations and integrations.
• Configure and administer the platform, including role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, data models, user access and system settings.
• Design, test and support integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll, identity, recruitment and other enterprise platforms.
