Responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating work with foreign and local contractors within the scope of projects during project development
• Implementation of projects, including developing and presenting requirements for card service conditions, business processes, promotion and sales approaches, and technical equipment requirements
• Participation in the processes of acquiring, implementing and testing additional services and subscriptions from payment processing organisations, and coordinating the process of concluding contracts with payment systems
• Initiating, planning and implementing projects for introducing new card services, and for modernising, developing and optimising existing services, based on marketing research
• Analysis of information received on implemented card service processes, identification of shortcomings, and presentation of proposals aimed at eliminating shortcomings and optimising processes
• Development and modernisation of legal acts regulating business processes
• Management of financial flows based on contracts and partnerships concluded with partners for the development of the payment business, including coordinating work with the Bank's other business units, marketing and other departments
• Performance of other functions assigned to you by the Bank's internal legal acts, decisions and orders, and other instructions related to your functions
• Higher education (economics or technical education preferred)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector over the last 5 years (experience in developing banking services and projects preferred)
