We are searching for a Lead Technical Business Analyst to lead customer-facing analysis for a healthcare payer front-end modernization replacing a legacy app. You will derive requirements from test cases, UI walkthroughs, and interviews, then guide stakeholders and UX toward implementable backlog items—apply today.
Responsibilities
- Explore and document current system functionality and business processes
- Drive features from discovery through delivery and closure
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Team
- Communicate across business and technical stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing
- Create and maintain product documentation, requirement specs, guides, and release notes
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for designated Product modules
- Ensure captured requirements remain accurate, complete, usable, and high quality
- Contribute to the Team’s DoRs and DoDs
- Drive acceptance testing for delivered backlog items
