FP&A Director

Responsibilities

• At Trafilea, FP&A isn’t just about reporting what happened. It’s about influencing what happens next.
• We’re looking for an FP&A Director to own our global Financial Planning & Analysis function end-to-end and become a strategic partner to our executive team, Board, and investors.
• You’ll build the financial infrastructure behind better decisions—from planning and forecasting to performance management, investor relations, and capital markets—while developing a high-performing FP&A team.
• Own annual business planning, monthly forecasting, performance management, and variance analysis end-to-end.
• Turn financial and business data into forward-looking insights and recommendations for the executive team and Board.
• Lead our investor relations program, including strategy, cadence, financial materials, and messaging.
• Own key Capital Markets and fundraising workstreams, from financial modeling and data preparation to investor Q&A.
• Build and continuously improve company-wide KPIs, reporting structures, and budgeting processes.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Planning, Operations, and Accounting to improve profitability, P&L performance, and Cash Flow.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team with clear ownership and accountability.
