Space Ventures is looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate client projects, manage internal workflows, and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time. The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team, overseeing communication, deadlines, production schedules, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating deadlines, shoots, approvals, and ongoing communication.
- Create monthly production schedules and coordinate the team, equipment, and locations.
- Assign and manage tasks across designers, reel makers, video editors, and targeting specialists.
- Ensure that every client receives the full scope of services included in their package on time.
- Prepare and send weekly progress reports to clients.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and project progress to ensure smooth execution.
