We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP programs. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, program governance, financial accountability, and people management capabilities with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, transformation, modernization, migration, and support programs
- Own program execution, delivery governance, planning, and operational management
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Establish delivery frameworks, reporting processes, and performance metrics
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, solution architecture, and delivery plans
- Drive successful collaboration across architects, consultants, engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders
- Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and executive-level communications
- Support account growth, customer success, and long-term partnership development
- Define and execute delivery strategies for large-scale ERP engagements
- Implement delivery best practices, quality controls, and governance standards
