Responsibilities
- As a Cloud Operations Specialist, with the main focus on remote Network Monitoring & Cloud Management, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our commercial EV charging network. - Monitor the real-time status, charging sessions, and hardware health of the commercial EV charging network through a cloud-based Charging Station Management System (CSMS).
- Perform remote diagnostics, fault logging, and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates using Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1) standards.
- Monitor and track network uptime and operational performance metrics.
- Coordinate with on-site hardware technicians and arrange physical dispatch when remote troubleshooting or reset commands do not resolve an issue.
- Contribute to maintaining the reliability, availability, and operational continuity of the EV charging network.
