Clear Street Markets
Remote · worldwide, UTC+4 acceptedSalary not disclosedfull-timeNewVerified recentlyHimalayas
Clear Street Active is a new retail trading platform. We're building the design team from scratch, and this is a critical early hire to help set the foundation as we build fast.
Responsibilities
- Own the design system: token architecture, Figma Variables, component library, Code Connect mappings, documentation
- Be the connection between design and engineering. When things drift, you catch it and work with engineering to fix it before it becomes a problem.
- Set accessibility and quality standards and hold to them
- Work with PMs and product designers when a systems decision has product implications
- Use AI tooling as part of how you work. Claude Code, Cursor, whatever closes gaps and moves things faster.
