We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team and support a key Life Insurance client. This role combines analytical expertise, client management, and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Project & Team Leadership
- Lead assigned client projects and workstreams from planning through delivery.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges.
- Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives.
- Lead client meetings, project discussions, and status updates.
- Clearly communicate project progress, findings, recommendations, and next steps.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and improve the client experience.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to identify meaningful trends and insights.
