Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Design, extend, and operationalize agentic systems with LangGraph (Node.js) or similar frameworks
• Manage and evolve core agent infrastructure components: memory and context management, session lifecycle management, file spaces, document handling, and retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks (e.g., Morpheus or comparable tools)
• Develop AI-powered user experiences, including transitioning native web interfaces toward AI-native patterns, building an AI Center, and creating AI-driven dashboards (e.g., Digital Advisor for Client Assist use cases)
• Build reusable Stencil web components and integrate them into Angular-based applications (e.g., EAA)
• Contribute across the full stack with balanced frontend and backend ownership
• Provide 24/7 production support coverage, including participation in on-call rotations, incident handling, and timely resolution of production issues
• Collaborate directly with client engineering leads and distributed teams to align on technical direction and delivery milestones
