Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and manage a team of cybersports/e-sports data analysts, ensuring high team performance, operational discipline and professional growth.
Oversee the collection and analysis of data from various e-sports events, data sources, analytical platforms and market-related analytical indicators to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure the stable operation of real-time analytical platforms and support the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of incoming forecasts, event data and analytical signals.
Supervise data verification and validation processes to ensure the reliability of incoming information, system-generated outputs and probability-based analytical indicators.
Monitor real-time e-sports event data, changing digital indicators, operational metrics, balances, exposure indicators, risk indicators and potential outcome-related data.
Coordinate real-time monitoring, non-live verification, future indicator checks and scenario-based review to support internal analytical and operational decision-making.
Oversee comparison of internal analytical indicators with authorized external reference sources or platforms to identify discrepancies and support data accuracy.
Review and approve reports, analytical summaries and comments for clients or internal teams, and handle complex related inquiries.
Assign and supervise technical and data-related tasks, including system updates, data management, reporting support and documentation, to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Optimize internal analytical workflows, shift schedules, verification procedures and operational standards within the team.
