This position is ideal for experienced business analysis professionals to join the Treatment Planning Automation team as a Senior Business Analyst. You will contribute to the analysis, development, and delivery of features across several internal applications that automate and improve the orthodontic treatment planning process.

Responsibilities

Identify and define key metrics for new features and business requests.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements in collaboration with development and SQA teammates.
Support formal system documentation and regulatory paperwork in accordance with company processes.
Support feature development and delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
Analyze the usage, performance, and efficiency of released features through production monitoring and data analysis.
Support multiple projects at different stages of development in parallel.
