We're looking for a Senior SAP FI/SD Consultant – e-Invoicing to join our team in Portugal in a remote working mode. In this role, you will act as the primary functional expert for aligning SAP FI and SD processes with global and country-specific electronic invoicing and tax compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate the end-to-end invoice process from SD billing to FI postings
- Align SAP FI/SD configurations with global and local e-Invoicing compliance rules
- Support the implementation and rollout of e-Invoicing solutions for multiple countries
- Collaborate with FICO, DRC, and integration teams to ensure functional and technical alignment
- Gather and document business requirements related to e-Invoicing and statutory reporting
- Support mapping and integration between SAP and external tax or government systems
- Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and electronic reporting standards
- Assist with documentation of functional specifications and process design
- Work with SAP DRC experts and middleware teams to validate data flow and connectivity
