We’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in London, UK in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will support mission-critical derivatives trading systems and real-time market data platforms, ensuring high availability, resilience and compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proactive management of workflows and system reliability for global trading environments
- Design and implement best practices for application deployment, monitoring and observability
- Support and troubleshoot production issues in real-time, providing rapid incident resolution
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front-office environments to improve release efficiency
- Collaborate with traders, developers and infrastructure teams to ensure system scalability and performance
- Lead integration and performance testing strategies for low-latency trading platforms
- Optimize processes for compliance and audit readiness, including regulatory standards (RTS6)
- Provide subject matter expertise for FIX connectivity, market data distribution and vendor integrations
- Drive continuous improvement and technical initiatives to reduce operational risks and technical debt
- Participate in on-call rotation for global trading infrastructure support
