Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design process from early concepts and wireframes through prototypes and final product delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions, improve workflows, and influence product direction.
• Design intuitive user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products and enterprise-level use cases.
• Collaborate with developers throughout implementation to ensure high-quality execution and consistency.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s
• Design System and help maintain scalable design standards.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and turn insights into product improvements.
• Participate in research activities including interviews, synthesis, and discovery initiatives.
• Identify opportunities beyond assigned tickets and proactively contribute to product strategy and user experience improvements.
