We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce, AI-powered automation, and enterprise Salesforce development. You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of intelligent Salesforce solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions
- Design and implement AI-powered agents, autonomous workflows, and conversational experiences
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform configuration tools
- Implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across development teams
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and source-driven development practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver business value
- Ensure production stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
