Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Provision, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and networking components.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Manage firewalls, antivirus systems, and user access permissions.
• Apply security patches and system updates regularly.
• Ensure implementation of cybersecurity best practices.
• Provide basic cybersecurity awareness training to employees.
• Continuously monitor servers, storage, and cloud platforms for performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents
• Ensure backup processes are functioning properly.
