In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our US-based department managers and our development team in Armenia. You will co-lead project management efforts alongside ownership, ensuring that tech-based solutions are effectively developed to address operational challenges.

Responsibilities

App Development & Team Integration: Serve as the primary project manager for our proprietary app development, interfacing closely with and integrating seamlessly into the development team located in Armenia.
AI & Workflow Automation
Identify opportunities to automate operational workflows across recruiting, scheduling, credentialing, and billing.
Build and deploy automations using AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) and integration platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
Technical Execution
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, write basic code or scripts for lightweight tools, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to keep deliverables on track.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with US-based leadership, operations, and clinical teams to gather requirements and understand pain points. Meet regularly with both sides and act as the liaison between US management and the engineering team to drive adoption of new systems.
