We are looking for a Lead Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer who brings expertise in Qlik Sense, with the goal of maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing analytics delivery as the domain shifts to EPAM, while also driving modernization by helping rebuild and streamline key BI assets and data usage patterns.

Responsibilities

Own Qlik applications within a designated domain wave (such as Finance or Supply Chain) Gain a deep understanding of app architecture, load scripts, QVD usage, and underlying business logic Assist with shadow, reverse-shadow, parallel run, and hypercare processes Diagnose and fix BI issues such as reload failures, data…
Analyze inconsistencies and compile supporting documentation for approval Help build operational readiness through the creation of runbooks, known-issue trackers, and monitoring inputs
