We're seeking a Lead Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to deliver production-ready features across the entire stack — spanning database, API, and UI layers — and to integrate AI-assisted development as a core part of daily work rather than a peripheral skill. You'll take ownership of feature development on our technology stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Redis, AWS or other cloud), leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as everyday production tools.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship full stack features across the JavaScript/TypeScript stack — frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js), and the database layer
Take full ownership of tasks from implementation through testing, code review, and documentation
Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) on a daily basis to implement tasks, generate tests, debug, and explore the codebase
Utilize prompt engineering and context management techniques to achieve reliable, targeted output from AI tools
Critically evaluate AI-generated code prior to merging — confirm correctness, identify hallucinated logic, and fully understand every shipped change
Connect with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and third-party services as required
Engage in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning sessions
Troubleshoot production issues across the stack, leveraging AI tools to speed up root-cause analysis when applicable
